We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the helpful and friendly staff, the clean rooms with all necessary amenities including a water kettle, and the hotel's prime location in this city. We loved being right in the center, close to shops and take-away food options, and able to easily explore the city on foot. Additionally, the hotel offered a daily shuttle to Berenice Beach Club which was a great option for a day trip.
Not one thing was negative about our experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were incredibly helpful. They really went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed for a great stay. We were only staying one night on our way to Wadi Rum, and we didnt arrive until late, but they still helped us to figure out the best way to get there and hired a car for us for a great price. We also got upgraded foc to a superior room which was awesome, a hufe comfy bed, lounge area, balcony etc. We also saw the standard room which was also a very good standard and spacious too and would have been more than happy with that. The location was great in the middle of the hotel district close to the beach and shops, restaurants and snack stops. The breakfast was huge and again breakfast staff were really lovely. We ended up returning a couple of days later for some travel advice and they remembered us and greeted us like friends and went out of their way to help us even though we weren't staying there anymore. They even arranged for us to borrow some snorkelling equipment and suits free of charge from the dive shop a couple of shops down the road and insisted we have a juice whilst we waited, of course on the house! If you are staying in Aqaba, stay here and you will be very well looked after! Thanks again for all your help : )

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was really really nice. I would choose to stay here again, although as a female solo traveller I probably would not choose Jordan again as the men treated me like I was a prostitute - called out prices to me and signalled for me to get into their car. I was covered, other than my face and still got far more attention than I had wanted.

The location, right in the heart of downtown Aqaba, lots of restaurants around the hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious with a decent sitting area. The balcony was big and nice with a view of the downtown and the sea was also visible on one side. Water sports can be arranged at a shop right outside the hotel. Overall, very convenient.
The TV was a bit old and small. The couch in the living area was slightly old. Parking was in public area and you might have to wait to get place on a weekend.

I got incredible value for my money, the room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check-in early.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider selection of options.

Very friendly and service-minded staff. Rooms with TV, refrigerator, desk for writing, shower and toilet, comfortable beds and a spacious balcony. Rooms facing ENE have sun from morning till about 4 pm. Rooms facing the opposite side have sun from late afternoon. Good and rich breakfast buffet - although with an inclination towards Arabic tastes in food. - Absolutely a place to come back to.
WiFi connections were not up to standards during my stay. (They were working on the problem and have, hopefully, fixed it by the time I write this review). And - as always when you travel - bring earplugs, since street noise can be a bit of a bother if you like to go to bed early.

The staff will bend over backwards for you if there are problems. Comfy beds. Awesome location right in the heart of the action and walking distance to public beach, best restaurants and shops.
We had a few things go wrong with the room...internet down, toilet and drain backing up, stuff like that. The hotel fixed everything. If you stay here and something's not right, they will fix it. Just ask!

The staff and the location. The taxi driver. How they helped organise things especially since we were not well. They were very kind.
Some confusion about room cleaning.

Nice and friendly English-speaking personnel. Were welcomed with a glass of juice. Provided help with calls to our country. Big, spacious room with 2AC, fan, queen-size bed, sofa, color TV, table and mirror, tiled floor and small kitchenette with free coffee, tea and sugar. Balcony. Located in the very heart of the town, all essential facilities nearby. Not far from the public beach. 15 minutes from the Araba Border Crossing by car.
Electric pot had a plug not matching electric socket: not possible to use. Central location has its negative value: outside noise to the latest hour with the opened balcony door. One AC was badly functioning; meanwhile, the one left was more than effective.
